Hassayampa Inn - Prescott, Arizona

Sky Shield Contracting was honored to lead the roof renovation project for the historic Hassayampa Inn located in Prescott, Arizona. The project included upgrading 480 structural members of the 100-year old property, increasing the load-bearing capacity to current building standards. After structural upgrades were completed, Sky Shield applied SPF polyurethane foam roofing system, bringing a greater r-value for insulation and increasing the buildings' energy efficiency. The foam was sealed in an elastomeric coating to ensure this roof has a 20+ year lifespan. The project was a resounding success, led by Nick Baker and his crew!
